Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analyst

Responsibilities

• Optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to support global hiring needs and enhance the candidate experience.
• Develop job descriptions using market research and AI tools to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Manage candidate-centric platforms, including job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and various ATS systems.
• Support full-cycle recruiting activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and reporting.
• Manage candidate engagement channels and create marketing materials to engage passive talent.
• Partner with Marketing on employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.
• Administer the ATS, driving global adoption, system optimization, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related project work.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Breezy HR, SuccessFactors, ADP) and sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft 365.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, OpenAI) to drive efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging global stakeholders.
