Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of LLM-enabled tools and AI search platforms into daily recruiting
• Automate repetitive tasks to hyper-optimize the hiring funnel
• Execute high-impact employer branding projects to position Plaud as a top-tier employer
• Build and maintain the source of truth for recruiting data and deliver actionable intelligence reports
• Conduct deep-dive market mapping projects to identify niche talent clusters globally
• Design and enhance global TA frameworks, policies, and playbooks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track-record of using data to optimize conversion rates
• Expert-level proficiency in AI-powered search, automation, and LLM tools (Claude, Gems, Juicebox, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high precision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive TA experience
• At least 1 year in a regional/global TA CoE or TA Programs function
• Experience in the Tech/AI industry
• Demonstrated experience in designing and governing programs or process improvement initiatives
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
