About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build sustainable talent pipelines
- Coordinate and execute the annual internal communication plan across various company channels
- Create and publish engaging content for worldwide communication campaigns related to wellbeing, diversity, and corporate events
- Organize internal events and engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture and belonging
- Monitor recruitment and engagement metrics to propose continuous improvements
- Conduct employee follow-up and exit interviews to gather insights for retention
Requirements
- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- High level of English proficiency
- Genuine interest in internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
