Global Talent Acquisition and Employee Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build sustainable talent pipelines
• Coordinate and execute the annual internal communication plan across various company channels
• Create and publish engaging content for worldwide communication campaigns related to wellbeing, diversity, and corporate events
• Organize internal events and engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture and belonging
• Monitor recruitment and engagement metrics to propose continuous improvements
• Conduct employee follow-up and exit interviews to gather insights for retention

Requirements

• University degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• High level of English proficiency
• Genuine interest in internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
