Global Talent Acquisition Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles and multiple global markets
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide best practice advice
• Build diverse talent pipelines using sourcing, referrals, job boards, and social media
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment events
• Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners
• Maintain accurate data and track recruitment activity using Workday
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring performance
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process
• Collaborate with global People teams to ensure alignment with business priorities

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency, ideally across multiple markets
• Strong proactive sourcing skills with a candidate-focused approach
• Experience working with ATS systems, specifically Workday
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
