About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high performing Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to achieve sales quotas and marketing goals
- Develop best practices for GSI engagement, issue escalation, and expectation setting
- Create partner-specific account plans including annual and quarterly goals
- Match customers with partners to serve as Snowflake's professional services arm
- Ensure partners maintain baseline training and knowledge of Snowflake
- Measure and report on the success of assigned partners
- Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of new partners
Requirements
- 10+ years in partner or alliances sales
- 5+ years in channel sales or channel program management with revenue accountability
- 3+ years experience focused on Global Systems Integrators (GSI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Cloud environments
