Global Supply Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full procurement lifecycle from purchase request to delivery tracking and quality validation
• Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers through RFX processes and contract negotiations
• Build and implement scalable procurement systems and documentation workflows
• Develop supplier selection frameworks based on cost, quality, and technical capability
• Ensure all items meet industry standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate with Finance on PO approvals, supplier payments, and spend tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical procurement (energy, deep tech, or hardware)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Ramp, Coupa, or SAP
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production techniques
• Experience managing electrical, mechanical, optical components, or capital equipment
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Willingness to travel to supplier sites as needed
