Global Supply Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned categories including components, material processing, and indirect spend
• Lead supplier selection processes from RFx through sourcing award, including should-cost analysis
• Act as the sourcing lead for internal product development and NPI procurement
• Manage global supplier relationships, ensuring accountability for pricing, lead time, quality, and risk
• Conduct cost reduction initiatives, VA/VE sessions, and lead complex negotiations on pricing and terms
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing in high-tech hardware environments
• Experience managing technically complex, high-value component categories
• Proven success managing suppliers through NPI and rapid development phases
• Strong contract negotiation skills and experience with long-lead procurement
• Fluency in ERP and PLM systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Arena, Windchill)
• Ability to lawfully access information subject to US export controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing in highly regulated environments (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial automation
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and BOMs
• International sourcing and cross-border logistics experience
