Global Supply Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship with CMs/ODMs including strategy, negotiation, cost, capacity, and supply continuity
• Negotiate MSAs, MPAs, NDAs, and SOWs to protect the company commercially
• Select procurement models such as consignment, directed buy/sell, or turnkey
• Partner across the NPI lifecycle (EVT/DVT/PVT) to maintain build schedules
• Manage supply fundamentals including Clear-to-Build readiness, ABC shortage reports, and BOM/materials risk
• Oversee procure-to-pay processes including PO creation, change management, and corrective action
• Manage CM cost and commercial performance to protect margins

Requirements

• First-hand relationships with dominant CM/ODM players
• System-level understanding of the HPC supply chain (cooling, backplanes, rack integration, server assembly, power)
• Proven experience negotiating MSAs, MPAs, NDAs, and SOWs
• Command of supply-chain fundamentals and procurement actions at EVT/DVT/PVT milestones
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, MES, and PO systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience taking complex electromechanical or data-center hardware from NPI to high-volume production
• Familiarity with liquid-cooled or high-density compute/data-center infrastructure
• Experience standing up new CM relationships or transferring programs between manufacturers
• Experience building or improving CTB or shortage-management processes
• Business-level Mandarin
