Global Supply Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and own the end-to-end category strategy for MRO, tooling, and material handling equipment
• Consolidate fragmented supplier bases through RFx events and negotiated blanket purchase agreements
• Manage punchout catalogs, VMI, and replenishment programs to reduce maverick spend and transaction volume
• Partner with manufacturing engineers and production teams to standardize consumables and tooling
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements including MSAs and SOWs

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in MRO, tooling, or indirect manufacturing supplies
• Hands-on familiarity with industrial products like fasteners, PPE, and power tools
• Proven track record in consolidating spend and implementing VMI or kanban programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building indirect sourcing strategies from scratch in a manufacturing environment
• Lean or Six Sigma training
• Experience supporting field service teams with mobile tool inventories
