Global Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers for mechanical structures, enclosures, busbars, wire harnesses, and electromechanical printed circuit board assemblies
• Drive supplier selection process with Engineering and Manufacturing stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with global suppliers
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence DFM and design changes
• Support prototype programs, NPI builds, and high-volume manufacturing transitions
• Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and monitor supplier KPIs
• Own cost management strategies and lead cost down initiatives
• Travel to supplier sites as needed (10–20%)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or commodity management
• Experience in Automotive, Energy Storage, or Consumer Electronics industries preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes like Sheet Metal, Stamping, Welding, Injection Molding, and PCBA
• Expertise in Should Cost Modeling and Cost Breakdown Analysis
• Experience negotiating Master Supply Agreements and Purchase Price Agreements
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with contract manufacturers
• Familiarity with energy storage systems or batteries
• Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems such as NetSuite or Arena
