Global Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain strategy and execution from supplier selection through production ramp
• Build a global supply chain from scratch including sourcing, supplier qualification, and logistics
• Develop deep understanding of product BOM, cost drivers, and manufacturing constraints
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, quality, and finance teams
• Identify, onboard, and manage global suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Establish supply chain plans for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production schedules
• Manage supplier performance regarding cost, quality, delivery, and risk
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supply continuity and scalability
• Support cost modeling, budgeting, and margin analysis
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement and inventory processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
• Proven experience building or scaling a supply chain in a hardware environment
• Track record managing supply chains for integrated hardware (silicon, sensors, optics)
• Strong understanding of global sourcing and contract manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with BOMs, lead times, and production planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp
• Background in electronics, robotics, or consumer products
• Experience with international suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Familiarity with quality systems and supplier audits
• Experience in Physical AI, robotics, or autonomous systems supply chains
• Background in sensor or electro-optical hardware manufacturing
