Responsibilities

• Partner closely with engineering teams to understand product roadmaps and identify supply chain needs
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers and manufacturing partners across a global landscape
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers
• Negotiate complex contracts and supply agreements balancing cost, quality, and schedule
• Drive sourcing decisions using cost analysis, manufacturing feasibility, and risk mitigation planning
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations to align sourcing strategies
• Maintain data-driven decision making using sheets, dashboards, and analysis for forecasting and cost tracking

Requirements

• 2+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management experience in high-growth hardware or technology
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract development
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships and co-development partnerships
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with executives and global suppliers
