Global Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality control, including annual audits, QBR reviews, and PCN reviews
• Support supply chain localization efforts
• Conduct rigorous evaluations for supplier selection and qualification from a quality perspective
• Set and communicate clear quality expectations from material selection through mass production
• Perform consistent audits and performance reviews to monitor supplier output and adherence to standards
• Identify and address potential supplier issues early to prevent disruptions, recalls, and supply chain errors
• Ensure all materials, components, and services meet predefined quality standards and customer expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Automation, or a related field
• Proficiency in English
• Extensive experience in quality roles (approximately 10 years preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Power Supply Products or Battery backup units (e.g., Capacitors, resistors, IC MOSFETs, Mechanical components, DC fans, Transformers)
• Proficiency in ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems
• Skilled in quality management tools including 8D, Why-why, SPC, FMEA, APQP, and CIP
• Strong cross-departmental communication skills to collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and NPI teams
• Ability to travel for business trips as required
