Global Supplier Planner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to adjust weekly plans to meet customer service targets
• Identify, manage, and deploy scenarios for proactively resolving short-term supplier constraints
• Ensure supplier master data accuracy to maximize demand-supply match opportunities
• Monitor the execution of production and deployment purchase orders
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sourcing, and Logistics
• Perform factory visits to analyze root causes of production issues and recommend corrective actions
• Manage risk and scenario planning to ensure continuity of supply and optimal service
• Lead the monthly supplier S&OP process, including capacity vs. demand reviews and performance monitoring
• Execute supplier lifecycle management, including phasing in/out partners and managing build-ahead requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier data management and master data governance
• Expertise in demand-supply matching and capacity management
• Strong skills in risk management and proactive scenario planning
• Experience leading S&OP processes and driving continuous improvement
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
