Global Study Manager

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate global clinical studies from protocol development through study close-out and archiving
• Manage vendor strategy and oversight, including defining scope and negotiating expectations with CROs
• Coordinate end-to-end study delivery, ensuring alignment with governance standards and timelines
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Data Management, Regulatory, and Patient Safety to optimize execution
• Provide budget stewardship and oversight for external providers to maintain financial accuracy
• Lead less-complex studies and act as a subject matter expert for departmental initiatives
• Drive start-up and recruitment acceleration by anticipating risks and implementing mitigations
• Communicate global study deliverables and risk signals to core and country teams

Requirements

• More than 5 years of clinical research experience
• At least 3 years in a leading role accountable for the planning and execution of global clinical trials
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, drug development, or a related field
• Excellent organizational communication and time management skills
• Proactive mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
