Global SOX Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX control testing and track testing progress across the organization
• Document business processes and identify potential risks
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place for the Building & Infrastructure business
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls
• Translate internal controls into clear business language, policies, and ways of working

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in multinational firms providing audit, tax, or consulting services
• Expertise in Financial Audit, SOX Compliance, or Internal Audit
• Advanced fluency in both English and Spanish
• Degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience evaluating internal control design and effectiveness
• Strong strategic thinking, detail orientation, and ability to handle large datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Portuguese is considered a plus
