Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the deployment of frontier compute.

Responsibilities

• Own the live order tracker for all open purchase orders across global suppliers, covering manufacturing progress and contractual delivery dates
• Expedite critical and at-risk orders by renegotiating delivery commitments and coordinating logistics partners
• Run weekly and monthly supply chain reporting, including on-time delivery rates and vendor performance scores
• Act as the supply chain liaison across multiple project sites to align procurement priorities
• Travel to vendor facilities and project sites to validate manufacturing progress and build supplier relationships

Requirements

• Experience expediting orders in capital equipment or industrial environments
• Proven ability to negotiate revised commitments directly with vendors under pressure
• Proficiency in maintaining order-tracking systems for stakeholder visibility
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase order documentation
• Experience coordinating across multiple project sites or workstreams simultaneously
• Strong written communication skills for delivering root cause analysis and recovery plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site EPC or construction environments
• Commodity experience in electrical equipment, mechanical rotating equipment, or structural materials
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs compliance
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics and project management software
