Global Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term sourcing strategies and secure cross-functional buy-in
• Create and execute RFx strategies
• Lead strategic sourcing for the Physical AI stack, including GPU clusters, edge-compute modules, and specialized sensors
• Partner with Engineering to ensure hardware meets SWaP-C requirements for ruggedized defense platforms
• Develop processes in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and corporate policies
• Ensure readiness and compliance for DCMA Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
• Negotiate with industry-leading suppliers to reduce cost and increase value
• Lead process improvement projects to maximize efficiency

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or global supply management
• 2+ years leading Physical AI or Robotics Commodity Procurement (GPUs/FPGA, edge-processing, or advanced sensing suites)
• Expertise with FAR, DFARS, DCMA audits, and CPSR
• Experience in DoD, aerospace, or defense contracting environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, finance, business, or a similar field
• Exceptional negotiation and executive-level communication skills
• Ability to manage complex contract structures and thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience with Google Suite and Slack
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
