Global S&OP Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate S&OP governance meetings to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional supply planning activities across Business Units and Distribution Centers to optimize inventory and customer service levels.
• Analyze planning data, forecasts, and supply chain performance to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support supply chain improvement initiatives, projects, and system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, or supply planning.
• Hands-on experience managing or actively participating in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and facilitating multi-functional meetings.
• Strong skills in forecasting, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Project management experience and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Blue Yonder Luminate, Movex, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a spare parts business environment.
