Global Solution Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive Services and Solutions growth through Global System Integrator (GSI) alliances by defining standards and shaping go-to-market motions
• Own the Services and Solutions practice engagement for assigned GSIs at a global level
• Define and govern reference architectures, repeatable offerings, and solution frameworks
• Support Alliance AGMs with global alliance strategy, joint investment plans, and roadmap alignment
• Drive global business development focused on outcome-based and services-led solutions
• Support regional market teams with solution shaping, scope definition, and deal structuring
• Coordinate across HP Sales, Architecture, Delivery, Finance, and Legal to enable partner-led deals

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Services, Solutions, Alliances, or complex B2B technology environments
• 5+ years of experience working directly with Global System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, PwC)
• Strong knowledge of global services strategy and ecosystem-led selling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in practice-level solution design and repeatable offering development
• Expertise in complex multi-party deal shaping and enterprise global accounts
