Responsibilities

  • Lead the overarching global social media strategy and brand expression
  • Serve as the lead across all social touchpoints and advise C-suite executives on narrative strategies
  • Establish a data-driven analytics framework and predictive social listening
  • Act as a creative catalyst for social-first content
  • Design and oversee a 24/7 global community management and crisis mitigation framework
  • Recruit, scale, and mentor a multi-disciplinary social media organization and manage agency partnerships

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • At least 15 years of leadership experience in marketing and communications
  • Experience managing global social content or enterprise-level social footprints
  • Portfolio of award-winning social-first campaigns
  • Proven success leading teams and managing global agency models
  • Expert-level understanding of global social platforms (Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, X)
  • Experience developing executive thought leadership programs and ghostwriting for C-suite leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth and highly regulated emerging technology sectors
  • Experience adapting brand voice for international markets and cultural nuances
  • Experience leading social response during high-visibility news cycles or corporate crises
  • Experience embedding AI workflows and generative tools into social workflows
  • Expert knowledge of Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Brandwatch
  • Understanding of how organic social and community building drive growth marketing and app downloads
