About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track social media conversations to identify trends impacting global brands like Corona and Budweiser
- Synthesize social listening and digital analytics to deliver actionable insights for brand marketing activity
- Identify and report on cultural trends driving engagement across various social platforms
- Monitor alcohol category developments and shifts in consumer behavior alongside traditional insights teams
- Analyze and report on PR and earned media performance using media monitoring tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, and Brand teams to drive data-driven decisions
- Utilize data storytelling to communicate clear, concise learnings to key stakeholders and C-Suite executives
- Optimize the social listening and analytics tool suite and conduct regular competitive benchmarking
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in social listening, digital analytics, PR, or related marketing/agency roles
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency with social listening and management platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Emplifi, CreatorIQ)
- Proficiency with traditional media and PR tracking tools (e.g., Cision, TalkWalker, Meltwater)
- Strong data interpretation and visualization skills
- Experience with advertising and creative campaign measurement
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for high-level stakeholders
