Global Site Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop complex investigator grant estimates and contracting strategies to support global study initiation
• Coordinate investigator grants and develop proposal text for the development process
• Create and maintain contract and budget templates, contracting systems, tools, and training materials
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver project scope in compliance with requirements
• Provide specialist legal, operational, and financial contracting support for site agreements
• Review core scientific, technical, and administrative documentation to enable study maintenance
• Analyze the contracting landscape to provide accurate intelligence for assigned studies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or a related field
• 5 years of relevant clinical research contracting experience with a sponsor or CRO
• Demonstrable experience acting as an international contract expert
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to challenge stakeholders
• Excellent legal, financial, and technical writing skills
• Thorough understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process
• Knowledge of and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
