About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day carrier performance across inbound and outbound transportation
- Track performance against KPIs including cost, transit time, and service levels
- Partner with the VP of Shipping on negotiations, pricing discussions, and service terms
- Contribute to carrier RFP processes through analysis and implementation support
- Lead execution of initiatives to reduce delays and streamline workflows
- Support adherence to global trade compliance and regulatory standards
- Manage and develop a Shipping Analyst
- Partner with Client Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, and Compliance teams
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related analytical field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing transportation providers or operational performance
- Familiarity with international shipping and global trade compliance
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Early people management or mentorship experience
