About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day carrier performance across inbound and outbound transportation
- Track performance against KPIs and drive follow-up actions with carriers
- Partner with the VP of Shipping on negotiations, pricing discussions, and service terms
- Lead execution of initiatives to reduce delays and improve network reliability
- Support adherence to global trade compliance and customs documentation requirements
- Manage and develop a Shipping Analyst
- Coordinate across US, EMEA, and APAC teams to align on shipping priorities
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing transportation providers or operational performance
- Familiarity with international shipping and global trade compliance
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Early people management or mentorship experience
