Global Service Transition & Global Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of new or changed services into operational readiness across all regions
• Define and maintain global processes to ensure standardization and consistency across countries
• Develop the global test strategy, including phases, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria
• Oversee testing activities and defect management to ensure solution readiness prior to go-live
• Lead client-facing workshops regarding service scope, processes, testing, and operational readiness
• Act as a central point of clarity for clients regarding service scope and the transition from project to BAU
• Identify risks within the service transition workstream and drive mitigation actions
• Onboard and support Local Service Transition Consultants to ensure alignment with global standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation services
• 2-4 years of experience in HR and Payroll service delivery or operations
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including clients and technical teams
• Experience leading multi-participant customer workshops and managing client relationships
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools and Smartsheet
• Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal
• Ability to translate complex technical and business topics into actionable guidance
