Global Service Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Logistics Coordinators
• Oversee daily logistics activities including parcel, air, ocean, and white-glove transportation
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical logistics issues and customer concerns
• Develop and maintain operational KPI frameworks and reporting structures
• Identify and implement transportation, inventory, and process improvements to reduce costs
• Lead implementation and adoption of logistics technology solutions and automation initiatives
• Manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and vendor performance

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations
• Minimum of two years of experience leading teams in a logistics or supply chain environment
• Proven experience managing global logistics involving parcel, air, and ocean freight
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs processes, and trade compliance
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) and international trade regulations
• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing operational data for decision making
• Experience developing and managing KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) logistics programs
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, AfterShip, PandoAI, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience leading global teams across multiple regions and time zones
