About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Specialty Polymers business leaders to drive transformation, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.
- Shape GBU HR strategy to enable organic and inorganic growth opportunities and foster a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate with M&A integration teams during due diligence and ensure successful commercial function integration.
- Leverage HR analytics to develop proactive actions that support business objectives and people strategy.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership coaching, and employee engagement.
- Manage HR operational excellence by identifying continuous improvement opportunities across processes and systems.
- Oversee talent acquisition performance and ensure compliance with global HR processes such as performance management and compensation reviews.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management; an MBA is highly desired.
- At least 8 years of experience in Global or Regional HRBP roles within a heavily matrixed organization.
- Proven experience operating within large, complex industrial companies.
- Expertise in Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Demonstrated experience managing or partnering with business units in the US.
- Must be based in Brazil.

- Experience living in or managing teams across the United States.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience driving large-scale business transformations.
