Global Senior HRBP

Responsibilities

• Partner with Specialty Polymers business leaders to drive transformation, turnaround agendas, and organic/inorganic growth opportunities.
• Shape the GBU HR Strategy with a focus on capability deployment and culture creation.
• Lead organization design initiatives to improve effectiveness and influence design considerations.
• Collaborate with M&A Integration teams during due diligence and ensure successful commercial function integration.
• Utilize HR analytics to develop proactive actions supporting business objectives and people strategy.
• Execute strategic workforce planning through talent forecasting and systematic planning tools.
• Provide leadership coaching and counsel to senior business leaders on HR-related matters and team development.
• Manage succession pipelines for all leadership and critical roles.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity initiatives through effective communication and programs.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management; an MBA is highly desired.
• At least 8 years of experience in Global or Regional HRBP roles.
• Proven experience operating within a large, complex industrial company and a heavily matrixed organization.
• Strong expertise in Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational transformation.
• Must be based in Portugal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-country exposure, specifically including experience in Asia and EMEA regions.
