Responsibilities
- Treat CRM as a core product surface by translating business goals into lifecycle experiences driven by hypotheses and experimentation
- Design connected experiences across the full user journey, ensuring consistency between in-product UX and CRM channels
- Develop strong creative concepts that turn everyday touchpoints into engaging, purposeful, and on-brand moments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy, and Content teams to align on strategy and feasibility
- Use data and insights to iterate and improve performance across high-impact lifecycle touchpoints
Requirements
- Experience designing CRM, lifecycle, or product experiences in fast-moving digital environments
- Strong product thinking with the ability to connect user journeys and communications into a cohesive system
- Creative storytelling skills to develop fresh concepts for lifecycle moments
- Strong foundation in visual design, layout, hierarchy, and composition
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to high-level strategy
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset focused on experimentation
