Responsibilities

• Treat CRM as a core product surface by translating business goals into lifecycle experiences driven by hypotheses and experimentation
• Design connected experiences across the full user journey, ensuring consistency between in-product UX and CRM channels
• Develop strong creative concepts that turn everyday touchpoints into engaging, purposeful, and on-brand moments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy, and Content teams to align on strategy and feasibility
• Use data and insights to iterate and improve performance across high-impact lifecycle touchpoints

Requirements

• Experience designing CRM, lifecycle, or product experiences in fast-moving digital environments
• Strong product thinking with the ability to connect user journeys and communications into a cohesive system
• Creative storytelling skills to develop fresh concepts for lifecycle moments
• Strong foundation in visual design, layout, hierarchy, and composition
• Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to high-level strategy
• Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset focused on experimentation
