Global Security Operations Center Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance, access control, alarm, and dispatch systems to ensure corporate security
• Coordinate security responses to incidents and escalate risks to management
• Handle incoming communications, including routine inquiries and emergency calls
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Global Security Operations Center
• Utilize Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), radio, and video monitoring systems to facilitate responses
• Conduct initial reviews of threats and coordinate with law enforcement as needed
• Maintain accurate activity logs, reports, and security system audits
• Activate mass notification systems and generate written alerts regarding business impacts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• First aid/CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office automation software
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in public safety, military, or security officer roles
