Global Security Operations Center Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify global risks such as natural disasters, utility outages, and accidents that could impact Fiserv interests
• Compose high-level situational briefings to support decision-making for senior business, security, and executive leadership
• Provide intelligence and safety briefings regarding executive and regular business travel
• Support incident response, crisis management, and reporting on data privacy, fraud, or health and safety incidents
• Monitor facility access, alarm systems, and various security software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
• Experience in situational briefing composition and risk monitoring
• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 operational environment (includes shifts on weekends)
• Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Open-Source Intelligence Tools (OSINT)
• Experience with internal and vendor security software programs
• Proficiency with tools such as Everbridge, ArcGIS, or Dataminr
