Global Security Operations Center Operator

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely response to incidents, alarms, and calls for service
• Maintain confidential and professional communication via email, phone, and personal interaction
• Manage life-safety, alarm, communications, reporting, video management, and access control functions
• Investigate and respond to alarms promptly
• Evaluate and process information from available sources and follow dispatch procedures
• Escalate security issues or emergencies to leadership and emergency services
• Participate in security and safety training programs, drills, and tabletop exercises

Requirements

• Associate degree
• Excellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic IT literacy
• Ability to work night shifts (Thursday - Monday, 11:00PM/11:30PM to 07:00AM/07:30AM)
• Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Security Operations
• Familiarity with incident management platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems
• Experience with security tools such as Lenel and Genetec
