Responsibilities

• Lead clients through an advancing search agenda across the discovery and media ecosystem
• Develop a global search team operating model covering paid, organic, retail, and AI-driven search
• Integrate WPP capabilities and search disciplines to drive client growth
• Craft compelling narratives connecting client ambitions to practical search strategies
• Lead direct and indirect agency teams in global, regional, and local markets
• Drive search strategy evolution in response to generative AI and changing consumer behaviors
• Set client and team KPIs, including performance benchmarks and maturity roadmaps

Requirements

• Substantial success managing global search agendas for major brands
• Deep expertise in paid search, SEO, and emerging AI/generative search surfaces
• Proven track record of senior client management up to C-level
• Experience managing and inspiring large, distributed search teams across multiple markets
• Strong understanding of search platforms, bid management, SEO tooling, AdTech, and MarTech stacks
• Experience building search measurement frameworks including incrementality and first-party data strategies
• Ability to operate within complex media ecosystems beyond search
