Global SAP Sales Ops Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP S/4 HANA capabilities for sales and distribution processes, including order management, pricing, ATP, and billing.
• Translate business strategy into technical product strategy by engaging with business partners to define problems and opportunities.
• Map existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to drive standardization and adoption of SAP standard processes globally.
• Manage the scoping, prioritization, and reporting of Sales & Operations initiatives.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements to document functional design specifications.
• Coordinate integration testing and work with technical teams to resolve production issues across the SAP platform.

Requirements

• Technical SAP S/4 HANA experience with hands-on implementation and production support in Material Management (MM) and/or Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Experience working across the full technology lifecycle, from requirements definition through solution design, testing, and live operation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
• Knowledge of data interfaces and system integration, specifically EDI and IDOC interfaces between SAP and third-party systems.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting sophisticated ABAP and Idoc developments.
• Proficiency with FIORI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in controlled/compliance-based environments (e.g., Sarbanes Oxley).
