Global Sales Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute the global automotive sales training framework and coordinate GTM webinars with Product Line experts
• Support the development and execution of automotive strategy workstreams by tracking milestones and coordinating cross-functional inputs
• Synthesize complex market data into high-quality presentations and briefing materials for the Chief Sales Officer and Senior Management Team
• Provide analytical support for automotive go-to-market strategies, focusing on market trends and competitive shifts
• Support geodiversity strategy and sustainability customer engagement initiatives
• Drive the completion of ad-hoc strategy projects, ensuring deliverables are accurate and on schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in the automotive or semiconductor industry (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Strategy)
• Proficiency with current generation AI tools for research, analysis, and content creation
• Strong commercial analysis skills and the ability to build logical frameworks for complex problems
• Proven experience in program coordination or project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA
• Experience in management consulting with exposure to technology, automotive, or industrial sectors
