Global RFID Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the global RFID strategy, rollout, and performance, including tagging compliance and system health.
• Define the global RFID operating model across store inventory processes.
• Ensure upstream tagging compliance by partnering with Product, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams.
• Set and enforce RFID standards, governance, and escalation protocols for non-compliance.
• Own global inventory accuracy KPIs and lead cross-functional fixes to address inaccuracies.
• Partner with Tech and Product teams on RFID tooling, vendor management, and training.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of RFID technology in retail, including EPC standards, tagging, readers, and middleware.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-market programme delivery from design to execution.
• Strong analytical capability with experience working across accuracy KPIs and system diagnostics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Technology, Supply Chain, and Store Operations.
• Ability to translate technical and data concepts into practical guidance for operational teams.
