Global Retail Training Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging weekly communications to global retail teams
• Manage the end-to-end translation process for training programmes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Retail Training App, managing onboarding, content updates, and user engagement
• Analyse usage insights and performance data to share updates with key stakeholders
• Coordinate global rollout plans, team calendars, and retail training tools
• Organise global events, including the annual Retail Excellence incentive trip
• Provide logistical and administrative support for key meetings, reporting, and business calls

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a coordination or project management role
• Previous experience in a retail environment (store or head office)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training platforms
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience managing digital learning tools
• A commercial mindset with a passion for the luxury retail sector
