Global Retail Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning content, including e-learnings, articles, quizzes, and videos, using adult learning principles.
• Create face-to-face training materials such as slide decks and toolkits for global retail teams.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the My Arsenal LMS platform, including content publishing and monitoring completion rates.
• Organize and co-lead monthly Global Training Community calls to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Deliver training sessions online, in-boutique, or in classroom settings to support product and seasonal collection launches.
• Analyze post-training feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), instructional design, or retail training.
• Proficiency in digital authoring tools such as Rise, as well as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Canva.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple content workstreams.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a global, cross-cultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the luxury retail sector.
• Proficiency in French, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
