Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of all regulatory reports filed on behalf of the firm
• Coordinate collecting and synthesizing data for various regulatory reports to U.S. and foreign regulators including SEC, CFTC, NFA, FCA, and BaFin
• Develop and document internal processes and procedures related to the firm’s various current and future filing obligations
• Keep abreast of global regulatory developments and apprise other departments of applicable requirements
• Develop and enhance processes to review and reconcile transaction reporting data related to EMIR, SFTR, and Australia’s OTC Derivatives Reporting Regime

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience with regulatory reporting, including derivatives transaction reporting
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
• High proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg
• Knowledge of complex financial derivatives
• Experience with major shareholder filings, Section 13, EU Short Sale Rule, or TIC reports preferred
• Experience with SQL or Python is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with an investment manager, broker-dealer, or fund administrator
• Experience with EMIR, SFTR, and Australia’s OTC Derivatives Reporting Regime
