Global Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to find top talent for a global B2B SaaS unicorn
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process, optimizing for quality, time to hire, and cost to hire
• Conduct telephone and job interviews while demonstrating company culture and creating a positive candidate journey
• Manage and support all steps of the recruitment process for candidates
• Cooperate with management teams to develop talent and implement effective HR practices
• Create policies to support company business objectives and participate in various HR projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
• A proactive, "go-getter" attitude with strong empathy and people skills
