Global Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on global talent attraction and acquisition strategies across more than 100 countries
• Partner with senior leadership to execute talent strategies aligned with global business priorities
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure workforce adaptability and resilience
• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers to support informed talent decisions
• Conduct market analysis to provide insights into global talent pools and trends
• Partner with HR and Finance to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps
• Utilize data-informed insights to optimize recruitment performance and candidate experience

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management
• Proven experience in change management and implementing strategic initiatives
• Experience working in fast-paced, global environments across multiple geographies
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for the digital marketing, advertising, or sales industries
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong collaborative spirit
• A data-driven approach to evaluating recruitment success metrics
