About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on global talent attraction and acquisition strategies across 100+ countries
- Partner with senior leadership to execute talent strategies aligned with global business priorities
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure workforce adaptability and resilience
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers to support informed talent decisions
- Conduct market analysis to provide insights into global talent pools and trends
- Partner with HR and Finance to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps
- Utilize data-informed insights to optimize recruitment performance and candidate experience
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management
- Proven experience in change management and implementing strategic initiatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, global environments across multiple geographies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate complex, ambiguous situations

- Experience hiring for the digital marketing, advertising, or sales industries
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
