Global Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all global purchasing processes, including technology, software, hardware, and professional services.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency and vendor quality across 26 countries.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead contract negotiations in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and IT teams.
• Build and maintain scalable procurement policies, workflows, and tooling to support rapid company growth.
• Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities across various categories without compromising quality or speed.
• Track and report on procurement performance metrics to provide visibility on spend trends and savings to leadership.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience working within a technology or SaaS company.
• Expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive procurement decisions.
• High level of organization and the ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
