Global Project Portfolio Governance & PMO Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio governance and PMO operating models, establishing standards for intake, prioritization, and escalation.
• Design and maintain portfolio governance models, standards, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent milestone tracking.
• Translate enterprise and functional strategy into actionable, prioritized roadmaps in partnership with senior leaders.
• Provide executive-level oversight, owning portfolio reporting, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries to translate execution data into leadership insights.
• Support annual and quarterly strategy cycles by providing insights on capacity, sequencing, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, transformation, or operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) processes.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills to partner across the enterprise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within a global operations environment.
• Proven ability to build high-performing PMO teams and capability.
