Global Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple large-scale initiatives across the Global Supply organization, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks while managing project issues and change requests to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and motivate cross-functional, cross-regional project teams and provide on-site leadership when necessary.
• Deliver executive-level communications, status updates, and strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish and mature project management capabilities, including the development of practices, templates, and governance structures.

Requirements

• HNC in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, including planning, tracking, and delivering projects within constraints.
• 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing Engineering projects within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
