About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program strategies, defining project scope and driving complex, cross-functional enterprise projects.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including developing project plans, task-driven schedules, RACI, resource plans, and change management plans.
- Drive global customer onboarding, customer migrations, and internal initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and problem resolution while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Sponsors and subject matter experts to drive decision-making and program deliverables.
- Plan, build, and manage Smartsheet architecture aligned with global processes and automation solutions.
- Represent projects at governance forums or steering committee meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale customer migration projects.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead globally distributed teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
