Global Project Maintenance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review project setup requests for valid terms, conditions, signatures, and approvals
• Set up indirect and special project code requests and process business-requested updates
• Perform peer reviews on all changes to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generate and perform necessary corrections on weekly exception reports, including Agreements, Budgets, and Project Classifications
• Handle non-routine issues and escalate complex matters to the Supervisor as needed
• Ensure all work meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives and internal control standards
• Interface with other GFS teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in Billing
• Experience with Oracle or another ERP platform in Project Accounting or Accounts Receivable
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in MS Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
