Global Project Billings Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Billing Supervisor in managing the Billing Team across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions
• Ensure accurate invoice generation and revenue recognition in accordance with company policies
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) tasks to ensure data accuracy in Project Accounting and Oracle systems
• Act as a subject matter expert for the end-to-end billing generation process, including local nuances
• Investigate and resolve billing inquiries from consultants and clients
• Participate in system testing and act as a key reference point for billing-related issues
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and manage ad hoc projects such as new acquisitions
• Provide peer coaching, mentoring, and act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Supervisor

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing
• Experience with Oracle or another ERP platform (specifically Project Accounting or Accounts Receivable)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and financial data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and resolve disputes
