Global Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate production activities across multiple international facilities to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.
• Establish standardized production processes, KPIs, and reporting structures for global operations.
• Identify and implement automation technologies, including robotics, AI, and IoT, to improve process efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and operational compliance while adhering to international safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production engineers and managers across global sites.
• Implement continuous improvement programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Develop production strategies, manage budgets, and perform cost control planning.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in production management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a global or automated production environment.
• Mandatory certification related to Automation.
• Strong expertise in industrial robotics, process control systems, and smart manufacturing.
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, lean manufacturing, and cost optimization.
• Mandatory skills in budget preparation and cost control planning.
• Ability to travel internationally to oversee global operations as needed.
